(01) Reservation About Reservation
How do I make a reservation?

Please complete your booking through our official website or your chosen accommodation booking site. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept reservations by phone.

How much are the room rates?

Rates vary by stay date and plan. Please check the latest prices on our official website or on each booking site.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accommodation charges are settled in full by advance payment only. We do not accept payment on arrival at check-in. Available payment methods follow the rules of each booking site you use.

For in-room minibars (snacks, drinks, wine, etc.), you can pay online via the QR code provided in the room.

What is your cancellation policy?

Policies differ depending on the booking site you used. Please refer to that site for full details.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

To change or cancel your booking, please use the reservation management page on the booking site where you made your reservation.

Can minors stay without an adult?

We apologize, but we cannot accept stays by minors only. An adult must always accompany the party.

(02) Lodging About Lodging
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and midnight (24:00). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

How does check-in work?

We operate self check-in. On the day before your stay, we will send your smart lock access code by email and SMS. After entering the property, please complete check-in on the tablet provided on site.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is available for ¥2,000 (tax included) per hour. Depending on housekeeping, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us in advance via your booking site’s messaging feature.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out may be available depending on availability. You can extend your stay until noon (12:00) for ¥2,000 (tax included) per hour. If you would like this, please contact us via your booking site’s messaging feature.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Before check-in and after check-out, luggage can be left at the neighboring Yamaya Sōhonten (storage hours: 10:30–18:00). Outside these hours, please use coin lockers in the area.

Can I send my luggage ahead by courier?

We only accept deliveries for guests checking in on that day. Please contact us first via your booking site’s messaging feature, then send your items to Yamaya Sōhonten (reception hours: 10:30–18:00). We cannot receive parcels outside these hours—thank you for your understanding.

During a multi-night stay, is housekeeping provided? How about towels and amenities?

For environmental reasons, we do not enter guest rooms for full housekeeping during consecutive nights. If you would like trash collection, towel replacement, or extra amenities, please message us through your booking site. We will visit between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.

Can I stay with a pet?

We apologize, but pets and other animals are not permitted.

I left something behind. What should I do?

Please contact us via your booking site’s messaging feature. Cash and valuables are kept for 14 days from the date found; other items for two weeks. If you need items shipped, we can send them collect on delivery.

(03) Guest room / Facility Guest Rooms & Facilities
How many beds and futons are there?

On the second floor we provide four double beds (140 cm × 195 cm) and three sets of futons (100 cm × 200 cm). Please take the futons out from storage yourself when you use them.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Connection details are given in the in-room guest information.

Do you provide tableware?

We provide mugs, wine glasses, and ice buckets. Knives and cutting boards are also available, but cooking and use of open flame are not permitted.

Is ice available?

We do not have an ice maker, but ice buckets are provided in each room for ice you bring in. Please purchase ice at a nearby convenience store.

Is smoking allowed?

The entire building is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Is there parking?

We apologize, but we have no dedicated or partner parking. Please use coin-operated parking nearby.

Is there a coin laundry?

There is no washing machine in the guest rooms. Please use a coin laundry nearby.

What security measures are in place?

Smart locks are installed; only guests can unlock the door using a personal access code. In an emergency, contact the emergency number posted on site and our partner security company will respond.

How do I get there from the nearest station?

About six minutes on foot from Yakuin Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line and from Yakuin Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Ōmuta Line.
